Presentation of the finalized architectural concept of the future social and cultural center in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky

The authors of the project are specialists from different fields – architects Wowhaus, producers of spatial changes horovod.space, specialists in sociocultural programming Sheredega Consulting, economists from Versus Finance, lighting design bureau Culture of Light.
The main social place of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky will unite the citizens and become an important step in its transformation into a modern and comfortable city for life.

The unique image of the building was designed specifically for Kamchatka, it is organically integrated into the landscape, adapted to the climatic features of the region.

Local natural materials are used in exterior and interior decoration.

Its external appearance is determined by the internal structure created to solve the main task – to launch the “heart of the city”.
The customer of the competition is the Autonomous non-profit organization “Competence Center for the Development of the Urban Environment of the Kamchatka Territory” with the support of the DOM.RF Foundation, the Government of the Kamchatka Territory, the Administration of the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky Urban District and the Bamtonnelstroy-Most Group of Companies.

The operator of the competition is the International Urban Laboratory CENTER Lab.
