A long-term development plan for Tynda, Amur Region will be approved very soon

The master plan for the capital of BAM provides for the comprehensive development of the city, including gasification, reconstruction of the street network, and renovation of social institutions.

The master plan for the development of Tynda until 2030 was prepared by experts from the International Urban Laboratory CENTER Lab.

It is planned that Tynda’s mother plan will be approved by the Government before the Eastern Economic Forum, which will be held in September.

Tynda is regarded as a strategically important small town providing rail and logistics links of interregional and international importance.

The master plan is designed to solve important tasks – to improve the quality of the urban environment, launch the construction of new residential complexes and form modern public spaces, modernize the communal infrastructure, realize the transport and logistics potential and locate new economic clusters.

The implementation of the master plan is a big and significant step in the development of Tynda. It will allow the city to join the economic life of the country, increase the average salary of residents and improve the environmental situation.
