The Winner of the Nationwide competition for the development of the architectural concept of the social and cultural center has been determined on May 30 in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.

The winner is Consortium led by WOWHAUS Architectural Bureau (Moscow, Russia). Consortium members:

• Sheredega Consulting (Moscow, Russia),
• VERSUS finance (Saint_Petersburg, Russia),
• Kultura sveta (Moscow, Russia).

Second place took Consortium led by GORA Architectural Bureau (Nizhny Novgorod, Russia).

Third place – ASADOV Architectural Bureau (Moscow, Russia).
