The experts discussed the strategic plans for the development of the South Port area, and the prospects for providing the area with transport and social infrastructure.

Leading development companies have turned their attention to south-east Moscow. Here, in redeveloped industrial areas, a new city center is emerging with unique scenarios for use of the bank line with access to the widest point of the Moskva River.

One of the key South Port redevelopment projects is the creation of a new transport hub, which will improve the transport accessibility of the area. Infrastructure is also being improved, and new jobs are being created.

In the near future, construction of new residential complexes and commercial real estate that meet modern standards and market requirements will begin.

Consolidation of the developers’ efforts will help build a dialogue with the city and give Pechatniki District a new resonance.
