Installation visit to Altay Village Teletskoe eco-resort was held

Within the framework of the development of a Master Plan for Altay Village Teletskoe Eco-Resort, the team of the International Urban Laboratory CENTER Lab visited the territory.

The Altay Village Teletskoe eco-resort is located in the territory of the Artybash village, on the shore of the unique Taurus lake, which is part of the complex object of the World Heritage Site of the UNESCO Golden Mountains of Altai.

During the visit, the team of CENTER LAB visited the capital of the republic Gorno-Altaysk, where they visited the Altai National Museum named after A.V. Anokhina. They visited the village of Yogach, located in the Artybash rural settlement of the Tourochak district, got acquainted with the peculiarities of the eco-resort Altay Village Teletskoe and evaluated the potential for further development.

Following the visit, a promising functional model of the eco-resort was defined, solutions were proposed for planning the organization of the territory and its infrastructure service.

Altai Republic occupies a leading position in the ranking of popular destinations for tourism and travel. The development of a master plan for the Altay Village Teletskoe Eco-Resort, as a strategic object of the emerging tourist-recreational cluster Golden Lake, will contribute to the promotion of the Republic on the tourist market and increase the value of the regional tourist product as a whole.
