The current role of the city of Tynda is intertwined with the development of the Tynda municipal district.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"centerlab-p\"><strong class=\"centerlab-strong\">Key factors of the development of the Conceptual Master Plan for the city of Tyndy in Amur region:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Monopolistic city focused on the railway industry;<\/li><li>The status of the capital of the BAM;<\/li><li>The transport and logistics center at the intersection of the Baykal Amur (BAM) and Amur-Yakuta (AYM) highways;<\/li><li>The youngest and northernmost city in the Amur Region.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"quote-block \"><div class=\"quote-block__people\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/centerlab.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/va-orlov.jpg\" alt=\"quote img\" class=\"quote-block__image\"\/><div class=\"quote-block__descr\"><p class=\"quote-block__title\">&lt;strong>Vasily Orlov&lt;\/strong><\/p><p class=\"quote-block__position\">&lt;strong>Governor of Amur region&lt;\/strong><\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"quote-block__content\"><p class=\"quote-block__text\">Residents need to know exactly how their city will develop in the coming years. Where and what kind of manufacturing will be built, where will a neighborhood or a shopping center be built. Including a master plan.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"centerlab-p\"><strong class=\"centerlab-strong\">Gasification can become the main driver of economic development, <\/strong>and cultural life in the city will be enriched by attracting creative and scientific potential: theatrical productions, visual arts, mass events, expanded educational sphere, improved transport logistics and updated tourist routes. The main objective of the analytical work is to improve the living conditions of citizens, implement new investment projects and develop the urban environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"centerlab-p\"><strong class=\"centerlab-strong\">The International Urban Laboratory CENTER Lab <\/strong>occupies a leading position in the Consortium for the development of the master plan of the Amur city. The consortium also includes the ITP \u201cGrad\u201d, Design Bureau \u201cPolis\u201d and Synopsis Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"centerlab-p\"><strong class=\"centerlab-strong\">Stages of master plan
