The Open Nationwide Competition for the development of standard designs for detached houses and apartment buildings (up to 4 stories), as well as for social and cultural facilities with the use of wooden load-bearing structures, based on the Standard for the integrated development of territories, is being held upon the instructions of the Government of the Russian Federation for the subsequent inclusion of the winning projects into the register of cost-effective design documentation for re-use by the Russian Ministry of Construction, Housing, and Utilities. The International Urban Laboratory CENTER Lab is the organizer of the competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open, all-Russian.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n Participants<\/p> Integrated house-building factories, construction organizations, real estate developers, architectural firms.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n Prize fund<\/p> 40 winning projects Nominations<\/p> Industrially produced detached houses (built with the use of wooden load-bearing structures) \u2013 15 winners will receive awards of 1,100,000 rubles each.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Industrially produced detached houses (built with the use of any materials) \u2013 10 winners will receive awards of 1,100,000 rubles each.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Blocks of residential buildings (built with the use of wooden load-bearing structures) \u2013 5 winners will receive awards of 1,500,000 rubles each.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Low-rise apartment buildings (built with the use of wooden load-bearing structures) \u2013 5 winners will receive awards of 2,500,000 rubles each.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Social and cultural facilities (built with the use of wooden load-bearing structures): school, kindergarten \u2013 4 winners will receive awards of 2,900,000 rubles each; medical and obstetrical facility \u2014 1 winner will receive 900,000 rubles.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n Anton Finogenov<\/p> Deputy General Director, DOM.RF Foundation<\/p><\/div><\/div> We can see a lot of example of very talented and relevant projects being developed thanks to these kinds of open competitions.
