for the Republic of Khakassia, designed to accelerate the growth of the tourism sector through 2030 and beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"centerlab-p\"><strong class=\"centerlab-strong\">Key impact<\/strong> \u2014 3,900 direct and indirect jobs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong class=\"centerlab-strong\">Annual tax revenues<\/strong> \u2014 RUB 2.3 billion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"centerlab-p\">The document covers seven tourism territories:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong class=\"centerlab-strong\">Established clusters<\/strong> \u2014 Shirinskye Lakes, Priiskovoye village, Karlov Stvor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong class=\"centerlab-strong\">Emerging clusters<\/strong> \u2014 Heart of Khakassia, Yenisei Gate, Podnebesye, Gorny<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"centerlab-p\">For each territory, flagship clusters and key infrastructure facilities are defined \u2014 from cultural centers and thermal complexes to sports and tourism hubs on redeveloped industrial sites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"centerlab-p\">Head of the Republic of Khakassia Valentin Konovalov emphasized that the master plan creates a foundation for sustainable growth and strengthens the region\u2019s tourism positioning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"centerlab-p\">As a result, a detailed implementation roadmap has been developed,
