The jury of the Open Nationwide Competition for the Design of the Redevelopment Concept for the Main Building of the Izhevsk Arms Factory selected three finalists. They are:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"centerlab-p\">1. The Consortium of &#8220;AB &#8220;KHVOYA\u201d OOO, HORA architectural bureau, IP Balykina Sofia Sergeevna (individual entrepreneur), &#8220;Urban Context\u201d OOO, &#8220;NIIPI SPETSRESTAVRATSIYA\u201d OOO<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"centerlab-p\">2. Individual participant:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/studio44.ru\/\">\u201cArchitectural bureau &#8220;Studio 44\u201d\u201d OOO<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"centerlab-p\">3. Individual participant:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/dal.team\/\">\u201cDal\u2019\u201d OOO<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"centerlab-p\"><strong class=\"centerlab-strong\">On September 18-19, <\/strong>the orientation seminar for finalists was held in Izhevsk. &nbsp;Within the frameworks of the seminar meetings were held with the representatives of the customer, executive authorities, public figures of the capital of the Udmurt Republic.
