The embankment of the Southern River Port is waiting for a large-scale reconstruction, a unique system of water bodies will appear there. Among them are an outdoor swimming pool and an artificial river.

The total area of landscaping will be 25 hectares, and the port crane will become the symbol of the new district.

The head of the analytical department, Maria Sedletskaya, in a comment to the correspondents of the Moscow 24 TV channel, noted that several integrated development and development projects will be implemented on the territory of the largest industrial zone Yuzhny Port, which provide for the integrated development of the supporting infrastructure, the street and road network, and public passenger transport. And the largest driver of the territory’s development will be the construction of a new metro station.
