Happy Upcoming 2025!

The time to step into the New Year is almost here. These final days before the celebration are perfect for reflecting on the past year and planning new accomplishments. We are grateful to 2024 for the challenges it presented, which we successfully overcame.

In 2024, we completed one of our most significant projects: the All-Russian Competition for Developing the Sociocultural Concept for the Territory of the “Uspenskoye” Estate Ensemble. This project will breathe new life into the revival of historic estates across Russia.

Just before the New Year, we gave Izhevsk a special gift by holding the final jury meeting for the Open All-Russian Competition on the Redevelopment Concept for the Main Building of the Izhevsk Arms Plant. This project will transform the city of gunsmiths into a hub for a multifunctional cultural center focused on scientific and technological creativity, while also preserving one of the few remaining admiralty-style buildings in Russia.

Additionally, our analysts completed a unique study titled “Public Spaces in Northern Cities.” It aims to guide those creating high-quality public spaces adapted to the Extreme North’s conditions while adopting an individualized approach to different territories.

As part of the study “City Within a City,” which our team presented at the Moscow General Plan competition, we developed a methodological approach to improving the peripheral districts of cities. The outcomes of this work will serve as a foundation for new projects aimed at enhancing urban environments and infrastructure.

Ahead of us lie ambitious tasks, such as developing a tourism master plan for an entire region—Khakassia. We are confident that, thanks to you—our partners—even the most complex projects are within reach. Your collaboration has been instrumental in helping us discover new meanings, develop methodological approaches, and craft creative solutions over the years.
