The Master plan proposes an integration model of economic development and highlights the top 10 launch projects, including the development of critical engineering infrastructure. The construction of a gas distribution station and a gas pipeline from the “Power of Siberia” will restart the city’s economy, improve the environmental situation and reduce the cost of heat energy.

The new businesses involve cluster development with the city-forming role of the Russian Railways to ensure demand and supply of necessary raw materials and components.

The first stage will be the preparation for the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the construction of the Baykal-Amur highway: the arrangement of places for mass recreation of residents, the capital repair and construction of social facilities, housing and transport infrastructure.

The planned activities will enable the comprehensive development of Tynda as a compact city with a capital level of services. As a result of the implementation of territorial development measures, the quality index of the urban environment will increase  and a consolidation of local business efforts.
