The author's excursion “The Tagansky Cluster of historical industrial heritage” took place

The redevelopment of industrial areas is a special focus of the International Urban Laboratory CENTER Lab. Our experts conduct research, participate in various activities with reports and assessments of industrial zone redevelopment. This requires a deep understanding of the material and the subject.

CENTER Lab is committed to work effectively in this area. Therefore, together with the unique guide, historian, cultural expert and friend of our Company Inna Krylova, an excursion “The Tagansky Cluster of historical industrial heritage” was prepared.

The main attraction of the route is the modern business center Factory of Stanislavsky, which appeared on the site of the former factory of the Alexeyev brothers.

The reconstruction project was designed in 2009 by the design group John McAslan + Partners. The specialists took into account all the features of the factory’s historical heritage.

The project radically changed the attitude to accessible public space and complex historical regeneration in Moscow, setting the stage for urban transformations in the city.
